Flexible policy

Under the Flexible policy, you get a full refund when you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment start time. Within 24 hours, refunds depend on whether you paid a deposit or the full amount.

Refund rules

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before start time

    Full refund.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of start time

    Deposit bookings: the deposit is non-refundable.
    Fully prepaid bookings: 50% of the total booking value is non-refundable.

Worked example (deposit)

Appointment Friday 10:00, deposit £10.

  • • Cancel Thursday 09:00 (more than 24h before) → refund £10.
  • • Cancel Thursday 15:00 (within 24h) → refund £0.

Worked example (prepaid)

Appointment Friday 10:00, paid £60 in full.

  • • Cancel Thursday 15:00 (within 24h) → refund £30 (50% non-refundable).

All times are measured from the scheduled appointment start time on your booking confirmation. Refunds for payments made through BlkPages are returned to your original payment method.
