Cancellation policies
Each business on BlkPages chooses one cancellation policy: Flexible, Moderate, or Strict. All timing is measured from the scheduled appointment start time on your confirmation.
Policy types
Flexible
Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, deposit or 50% is be non-refundable.

Full refund over 48 hours before; 50% refund between 24–48 hours; no refund within 24 hours of the appointment.

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.

Important to know
- • The policy in place when you book applies to that booking. If a business changes its policy later, your booking keeps the original one.
- • You can cancel from your BlkPages account. Before you confirm, we’ll show the outcome (full refund, partial, or no refund) based on the policy and timing.
- • If the business cancels, you receive a full refund for any amount paid through BlkPages, regardless of their policy.
