Moderate policy
Under the Moderate policy, refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel. The 24- and 48-hour windows are measured from your appointment start time.
Refund rules
- Cancel more than 48 hours before start time
Full refund.
- Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before start time
50% refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours of start time
No refund.
Worked example
Appointment Friday 10:00, paid £80 in full.
- • Cancel Wednesday 12:00 (more than 48h before) → refund £80.
- • Cancel Thursday 12:00 (24–48h before) → refund £40.
- • Cancel Friday 09:00 (within 24h) → refund £0.
Rescheduling inside the window
If you try to reschedule within the cancellation window (e.g. within 24 hours of a Friday 10:00 appointment), it is treated as a cancellation and the same refund rules apply (e.g. no refund under Moderate). Rescheduling does not reset or extend the original cancellation window.
All times are measured from the scheduled appointment start time on your booking confirmation. Refunds for payments made through BlkPages are returned to your original payment method.
