Strict policy
Under the Strict policy, once your booking is confirmed it is non-refundable. Customers are not entitled to a refund if they cancel, except where required by law.
Acknowledgment at checkout
The non-refundable nature of the booking must be clearly acknowledged at checkout before you complete your payment. Make sure you are happy with your chosen time and service before confirming.
If the business cancels
If the business cancels your confirmed booking for any reason, you receive a full refund for any amounts paid through BlkPages checkout, regardless of the Strict policy. Business cancellations are monitored and may result in action by BlkPages.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights. Where the law requires a refund (for example in certain consumer rights situations), that will apply in addition to our platform policy.
Refunds for payments made through BlkPages are returned to your original payment method. Any amount you paid directly to the business (e.g. at the venue) remains between you and the business.
